The project consists of a 450-yacht marina, a 4,000 member club house with swimming pools and tennis courts, 800 car parking structures, a piled quay and a commercial area, all on reclaimed land in the sea.
The project focuses on creating a city scale landmark at the edge of the business district.
Consideration is given to public access to the project area without compromising the privacy of the marina and the clubhouse.
The study also considers the relationship of this project with the surrounding business central district presently under reconstruction.
Landscaping was given high importance, in particular to provide an attractive environment for the public, and was used to separate public from private sectors.
